Return / Exchange policy

Refund Policy - the basics

We maintain strict hygiene and quality checks for all jewellery items.
For safety & hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on most items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Eligible for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a missing item

In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video + photos as proof.

  • If the exact item is not available, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or process a refund

 

Return Process (If approved:)

  • Product will be picked up from your address

  • Replacement will be sent after quality check

  • Refunds are provided only in wallet/credit, not to bank accounts

  • Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a wallet/credit . No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned. 

  • For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund.

  • A customer, who has used a refund to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund tracing back to the original order. 

  • TOKEN AMOUNT REFUND - Token amount cannot be refunded in case the Cash on delivery order is not accepted or is cancelled by the customer / returns back to our warehouse due to any reason. (₹250 as per standard deduction for the 'to & fro' journey of the package)

  • In case the token amount paid for the COD order is of more than ₹250, the excessive amount will be refunded in the form of a wallet as per the policy and will be emailed to the customer. 

 

Conditions for Return Approval

  • Must include original packaging

  • Product must be unused and unworn

  • Items must be with tags intact.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts)

Video guidelines (To be strictly followed for correct claims resolution):

1. All sides of the package should be clearly visible in the video. The sides must be adequately stretched and expanded within the frame.
2. The label must be clearly visible in the video, displaying the AWB Number, Order ID, and package barcode.
3. For barcoded shipments, the Packet ID must be clearly displayed in the video.
4. The packaging must be opened, and the product should be distinctly shown in the video.
5. The video should be recorded in one continuous take without any edits or pauses.
6. Ensure that all corners of the packets remain within the video frame.
7. The video must maintain clear focus, stability, and a moderate pace-avoid blurriness, shakiness, or excessive speed.
